Yumi Lash Lift and Brow Lamination

Yumi Lashes

With this treatment, your natural lashes are lifted up and infused with a keratin + biotin solution. As a result, you have lashes that beautifully curve upwards and appear to be thicker due to the keratin & biotin boost. This creates the universally desired “open eye” look.

The boosting and lifting effect lasts for 8-12 weeks, which is the natural life cycle of the eyelash.

Brow Lamination

Brow lamination works in a similar way to a lash lift, and is designed to open up your eyes. The process essentially involves straightening eyebrow hairs using a nourishing solution, so that they all stand in the desired direction.

 

The result is a bushier, voluminous, more defined yet natural-looking brow, leaving you with an off-duty supermodel look, requiring barely any maintenance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for most services, and 48 hours’ notice is required for full body contouring, full-set extensions, and keratin hair smoothing services.

​

Cancellations made with less than the required notice will be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service(s). When rescheduling, we ask for at least 12 hours’ notice; rescheduling with less than 12 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee. Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s), and all fees will be charged to the card used to book the appointment.

 

We allow a 10–15% grace period based on the length of your appointment. If you arrive later than this window, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and if the rescheduled appointment is missed for any reason, it will be treated as a no show and charged in full.

 

While we will always do our best to accommodate when possible, we also understand that accidents, illness, and emergencies happen. We aim to handle these situations with care and flexibility, though we do keep a record of occurrences to ensure fairness and prevent abuse of the policy.
